I started my career at a consulting firm with experiencing growth strategy, new business development and business turnaround, and I became an independent consultant. While working as a management consultant, I realized that recruiting and human resources are the most effective for corporate management.

I joined Japan’s largest headhunting firm in order to gain recruiting skills and experience. Then I moved to a boutique recruitment agency less than 5 recruiters as a core member. While providing recruiting services, I contributed to the expansion recruiters from 5 to 60 recruiters. After leaving the boutique recruitment agency, I ran my own business. During this time, I have contributed to building a business foundation centered on expanding new customers at ICPA. October 2018, I fully joined ICPA.

In 2021, I founded WITH international Japan Co., Ltd.

Kazuki is Partner in WITH international Japan, focusing on global company roles across IT company from enterprise to start-up.
Prior to found WITH, he come his professional career through software sales, start-up BD, senior recruitment consultant. During his previous career, Kazuki was based in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hamamatsu, and Bangkok.

After graduating from university, Mayumi worked in various industries in the travel industry, both Japanese and foreign-affiliated. 4.5 years in Frankfurt, Germany, where she was involved in project promotion and new sales while arranging tailor-made trips from all over the world, and was awarded for excellence for 3 consecutive years. After returning to Japan, she moved to a foreign online travel agency where he worked as a sales representative for 7 years. 2021, she was awarded the MVP of APAC. In 2022, she was the runner-up for the West Japan Newcomer of the Year Award. Moved to a venture firm so that he could provide recruiting support regardless of industry or job type, providing a wide range of support from back office to IT.

After majoring in criminal psychology in Canada and graduating in 2007, Daisuke began managing an English conversation school for about six years. Seeking a new challenge, Daisuke transitioned to the recruitment industry, where he has consistently worked in automotive industry recruitment at three foreign-affiliated recruitment companies. His focus has been on handling corporate projects for foreign-affiliated Tier 1 suppliers, ranging from mega suppliers to startups. He has extensive experience in the entire recruitment process, from candidate approach to introductions and post-hire follow-ups. In 2022, he was honored with the first place award in Recruit Co., Ltd.'s Headhunter Ranking 2022 in the sales department for the number of scouts and contracts exceeding 8 million yen. As of January 2025, he has joined WITH international, where we recruit a wide range of talent from various industries and occupations, primarily for startup companies.

Takuro is a recruiter after experienced researcher at WITH International. In this role, he has assisted clients from global companies and startups in Japan that the biggest venture capital has supported to across information technology including IaaS, SaaS, IoT and security.
Prior to joining WITH International, he was the chief of marketing strategy both of digital and traditional marketing and a leader of recruiting and labor management, in public sector. He also engaged in digital marketing at a large e-commerce company.
He has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (Informatics and Communication Technology).

I have worked for Japanese electronics manufacturer as a corporate sales for five years. Thinking about a career change, joined Rex Advisors, a recruitment agency specializing in accounting. After that, wanting to be involved in in-house recruitment, I became the first HR person at a space venture company, where he was involved in recruitment and PR for corporate positions, IT consultants, and engineers, contributing to the company's expansion from five employees to 80. At WITH international, we recruit a wide range of people from various industries and occupations, mainly for startup companies.

After that, I joined Venture Link and engaged in consulting a new business launching, supervising.
In 2010, I joined headhunting company RACE INC.I participated in the launch of a research unit, built know-how and developed human resources being active as a top researcher.
I contributed to the Growth of the organization, from 6 people at one1 base to 50 people at 5 bases scale. In 2018, I joined a foreign headhunting company ICPA. As a researcher, I worked mainly in the recruitment of start-ups. In 2021, we established WITH international and I became a director.
